Join Doit as a Product Lead to shape major areas of their AI Finance App. You will own the direction, execution, and quality of products across multiple workstreams, helping users manage spending, saving, and investing more effectively.
This position involves working with global teams while being based in Singapore. You will balance strategy with hands-on execution, turning complex financial constraints into intuitive user experiences.
What you'll do
- Lead product direction for key AI Neobank app areas
- Define roadmap, priorities, and success metrics
- Guide PMs, designers, and engineers toward execution
- Work across insurance, payments, and investing services
- Translate regulatory constraints into product decisions
- Drive launch quality and continuous improvement
- Foster a culture of speed and user value
What you'll need
- Experience leading digital product areas, not just features
- Ability to balance strategy, UX, data, and business outcomes
- Strong judgment on prioritization and trade-offs
- Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced changes
- Skill in simplifying complex financial products
- Strong English communication skills required
- Must be currently based in Singapore
Nice to have
- Experience mentoring PMs or cross-functional squads
- Background in fintech, insurance, or payments
- Experience with regulated consumer products
