Doit is reinventing personal finance through AI-driven tools for spending, saving, and investing. As a Product Lead, you will own the roadmap and outcomes for major areas of their AI Neobank app. You will guide designers, engineers, and product managers to deliver high-quality financial products.
What you'll do
- Lead product direction for major AI Neobank app areas
- Define priorities, roadmaps, and success metrics across squads
- Guide PMs, designers, and engineers toward clear execution
- Work across insurance, payments, savings, and investing services
- Translate regulatory and business constraints into product decisions
- Drive launch quality and continuous post-launch improvement
- Foster a culture focused on speed, clarity, and user value
What you'll need
- Strong experience leading digital product areas, not just features
- Ability to balance strategy, UX, data, and engineering outcomes
- Strong judgment on prioritization and product sequencing
- Comfortable with ambiguity, fast changes, and stakeholder pressure
- Able to simplify complex financial products into usable journeys
- Strong English communication skills for global team collaboration
- Must be currently based in Thailand
Nice to have
- Experience leading or mentoring PMs and cross-functional squads
- Background in fintech, insurance, payments, or regulated products
