Doit is building an AI-powered finance app designed to make spending, saving, and investing smarter and more accessible. As a Product Lead, you will own the strategy and outcomes for major product areas, guiding cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features.
You will work across various financial domains, including insurance, payments, and travel, turning complex constraints into practical user journeys. The team values speed, clarity, and honest measurement over bureaucracy.
What you'll do
- Lead product direction for major AI Neobank app areas
- Define priorities, roadmaps, and success metrics across squads
- Guide PMs, designers, and engineers toward clear execution
- Work across insurance, payments, savings, and investing services
- Translate regulatory and business constraints into product decisions
- Drive launch quality and continuous post-launch improvement
- Foster a culture focused on speed, clarity, and user value
What you'll need
- Strong experience leading digital product areas, not just features
- Ability to balance strategy, UX, data, and engineering outcomes
- Strong judgment on prioritization and product sequencing
- Comfortable with high ambiguity and senior stakeholder pressure
- Able to simplify complex financial products into usable journeys
- Strong English communication skills are required
- Must be currently based in Vietnam
Nice to have
- Experience leading or mentoring PMs and cross-functional squads
- Background in fintech, insurance, payments, or regulated products
