BJAK is expanding beyond its leading insurance platform in Southeast Asia to help users save, invest, and manage money. As a Product Lead for AI Investing, you will define the roadmap and standards for major product areas. You will guide designers, engineers, and product owners to deliver high-quality financial tools.
What you'll do
- Define product direction, roadmap, and success metrics for AI Investing
- Guide cross-functional squads including PMs, designers, and engineers
- Translate regulatory and business constraints into practical product decisions
- Drive launch quality and continuous improvement post-launch
- Foster a culture of speed, clarity, and honest measurement
What you'll need
- Proven experience leading digital product areas, not just features
- Ability to balance strategy, UX, data, and engineering outcomes
- Strong judgment on prioritization and product sequencing
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and senior stakeholder pressure
- Skill in simplifying complex financial products into usable journeys
- Fluent English communication skills required
Nice to have
- Experience mentoring PMs or leading cross-functional squads
- Background in fintech, insurance, payments, or regulated products
