BJAK is expanding beyond its leading insurance platform in Southeast Asia to help users save, invest, and manage money. As a Product Lead for AI Investing, you will own the direction, quality, and outcomes of major product areas. You will work with global teams to simplify complex financial services into usable user journeys.
What you'll do
- Define product roadmap, priorities, and success metrics for AI Investing
- Guide PMs, designers, and engineers toward clear execution
- Translate regulatory and business constraints into product decisions
- Drive launch quality and continuous improvement post-launch
- Foster a culture of speed, clarity, and honest measurement
What you'll need
- Proven experience leading digital product areas, not just features
- Ability to balance strategy, UX, data, and engineering outcomes
- Strong judgment on prioritization and product sequencing
- Comfortable working in high ambiguity and fast-changing environments
- Skill in simplifying complex financial products for users
- Fluent English communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience mentoring PMs or leading cross-functional squads
- Background in fintech, insurance, payments, or regulated products
