BJAK is expanding beyond its leading insurance platform in Southeast Asia to help users save, invest, and manage money. As a Product Lead for AI Investing, you will own the direction and quality of major product areas. You will work with global teams to turn complex financial constraints into clear, user-friendly journeys.
What you'll do
- Define roadmap, priorities, and success metrics for AI Investing features
- Guide product managers, designers, and engineers toward clear execution
- Translate regulatory and business constraints into practical product decisions
- Drive launch quality and lead post-launch learning initiatives
- Foster a product culture centered on speed, clarity, and user value
What you'll need
- Proven experience leading digital product areas rather than single features
- Ability to balance strategy, UX, data, engineering, and business outcomes
- Strong judgment regarding prioritization and product sequencing
- Comfortable operating in high-ambiguity and fast-changing environments
- Skill in simplifying complex financial products into usable user journeys
- Fluent English communication skills for global team collaboration
Nice to have
- Experience mentoring product managers or cross-functional squads
- Background in fintech, insurance, payments, or regulated consumer apps
