BJAK is expanding beyond its leading insurance platform in Southeast Asia to help users save, invest, and manage money. As a Product Lead for AI Investing, you will own the direction, quality, and outcomes of major product areas. You will guide designers, engineers, and product owners to deliver high-impact financial tools.
What you'll do
- Define product roadmap, priorities, and success metrics for AI Investing
- Lead product direction across multiple features and workstreams
- Guide PMs, designers, and engineers toward clear execution
- Translate regulatory and business constraints into product decisions
- Drive launch quality and continuous post-launch improvement
- Foster a culture of speed, clarity, and user value
What you'll need
- Proven experience leading digital product areas, not just features
- Strong judgment in prioritization and product sequencing
- Ability to balance strategy, UX, data, and engineering outcomes
- Comfortable working with high ambiguity and senior stakeholders
- Skill in simplifying complex financial products for users
- Fluent English communication skills required
Nice to have
- Experience mentoring PMs or leading cross-functional squads
- Background in fintech, insurance, payments, or regulated products
- Track record in consumer apps or financial services
