You will shape the direction of major product areas within BJAK's AI Investing platform, owning outcomes across multiple workstreams. This position involves defining roadmaps, guiding cross-functional squads, and translating complex financial constraints into user-friendly product decisions.
BJAK is expanding beyond its roots as a leading Southeast Asian insurance platform to include spending, saving, and investing services. The team operates globally with a focus on speed, clarity, and tangible user value.
What you'll do
- Lead product direction for key AI Investing initiatives
- Define priorities, roadmaps, and success metrics across squads
- Guide PMs, designers, and engineers toward clear execution
- Collaborate across insurance, payments, and savings verticals
- Convert regulatory and business constraints into product decisions
- Drive launch quality and continuous post-launch improvement
- Foster a culture focused on speed and honest measurement
What you'll need
- Proven experience leading digital product areas, not just features
- Ability to balance strategy, UX, data, and engineering outcomes
- Strong judgment on prioritization and product sequencing
- Comfortable navigating high ambiguity and stakeholder pressure
- Skill in simplifying complex financial products for users
- Strong English communication skills required
- Must be currently based in the United States

- Experience mentoring PMs or leading cross-functional squads
- Background in fintech, insurance, or regulated consumer apps
