BJAK is expanding beyond its leading insurance platform in Southeast Asia to help users manage spending, saving, and investing. As a Product Lead for AI Investing, you will own the direction, quality, and outcomes of key product workstreams.
You will collaborate with designers, engineers, and other product managers to turn complex financial constraints into usable user journeys. This position suits senior builders who thrive in high-growth environments and value speed, clarity, and genuine user impact.
What you'll do
- Define product roadmap, priorities, and success metrics for AI Investing features
- Guide product managers, owners, designers, and engineers toward clear execution
- Translate regulatory and business constraints into practical product decisions
- Drive launch quality and lead post-launch learning initiatives
- Foster a product culture focused on speed, clarity, and honest measurement
- Collaborate across insurance, payments, savings, and travel service lines
What you'll need
- Proven experience leading digital product areas rather than single features
- Ability to balance strategy, UX, data, engineering, and business outcomes
- Strong judgment in prioritization and managing product trade-offs
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and pressure from senior stakeholders
- Skill in simplifying complex financial products into intuitive user journeys
- Fluent English communication skills for global team collaboration
Nice to have
- Experience mentoring product managers or leading cross-functional squads
- Background in fintech, insurance, payments, or regulated consumer apps
