You will shape the direction and quality of major product areas within BJAK's AI Investing division. As a senior builder, you will own roadmaps, success metrics, and outcomes across multiple workstreams.
The team works on expanding financial services including spending, saving, and investing. You will guide product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver high-quality launches and continuous improvements in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll do
- Define product priorities, roadmaps, and standards for AI Investing features
- Guide cross-functional squads including PMs, designers, and engineers
- Translate regulatory and business constraints into practical product decisions
- Drive launch quality and post-launch learning cycles
- Foster a culture focused on speed, clarity, and user value
What you'll need
- Proven experience leading digital product areas beyond individual features
- Ability to balance strategy, UX, data, and engineering outcomes
- Strong judgment in prioritization and product sequencing
- Comfortable operating in high ambiguity and fast-changing environments
- Skill in simplifying complex financial products into usable user journeys
- Fluent English communication skills for global collaboration
Nice to have
- Experience mentoring product managers or product owners
- Background in fintech, insurance, payments, or regulated consumer apps
