You will shape the direction and quality of major product areas within BJAK's AI Investing division. This position requires owning roadmaps, success metrics, and cross-functional execution across insurance, payments, and savings workstreams.
The team aims to simplify complex financial services into usable user journeys. You will guide product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver high-quality launches and continuous improvements in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll do
- Define product priorities, roadmaps, and standards for AI Investing features
- Guide cross-functional squads including PMs, designers, and engineers
- Translate regulatory and business constraints into practical product decisions
- Drive launch quality and post-launch learning cycles
- Foster a culture focused on speed, clarity, and user value
What you'll need
- Proven experience leading digital product areas beyond single features
- Ability to balance strategy, UX, data, and engineering outcomes
- Strong judgment in prioritization and product sequencing
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and senior stakeholder pressure
- Skill in simplifying complex financial products for users
- Fluent English communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience mentoring product managers or product owners
- Background in fintech, insurance, payments, or regulated consumer apps
