You will shape the direction and quality of BJAK's AI Investing product areas. This position requires owning roadmaps, success metrics, and cross-functional execution across multiple squads.
The team works on expanding financial services including spending, saving, and investing. You will collaborate with insurance, payments, and travel units to deliver user-centric solutions.
What you'll do
- Define product priorities, roadmaps, and standards for AI Investing features.
- Guide product managers, designers, and engineers toward clear execution goals.
- Translate regulatory and business constraints into practical product decisions.
- Drive launch quality and lead post-launch learning cycles.
- Foster a culture focused on speed, clarity, and honest measurement.
What you'll need
- Proven experience leading digital product areas beyond individual features.
- Ability to balance strategy, UX, data, engineering, and business outcomes.
- Strong judgment in prioritization and managing product trade-offs.
- Comfortable operating in high ambiguity and under stakeholder pressure.
- Skill in simplifying complex financial products into usable user journeys.
- Fluent English communication skills for global team collaboration.
Nice to have
- Experience mentoring PMs, Product Owners, or cross-functional squads.
- Background in fintech, insurance, payments, or regulated consumer apps.
