BJAK is expanding beyond its leading insurance platform in Southeast Asia to help users save, invest, and manage money. As a Product Lead for AI Investing, you will own the direction and quality of major product areas. You will work with global teams to simplify complex financial products into usable user journeys.
What you'll do
- Define roadmap, priorities and success metrics for AI Investing features
- Guide product managers, designers and engineers toward clear execution
- Translate regulatory and business constraints into practical product decisions
- Drive launch quality and continuous improvement post-launch
- Foster a product culture focused on speed, clarity and user value
What you'll need
- Proven experience leading digital product areas rather than single features
- Ability to balance strategy, UX, data, engineering and business outcomes
- Strong judgment on prioritization and product sequencing
- Comfortable operating in high ambiguity and fast-changing environments
- Skill in simplifying complex financial products for consumers
- Fluent English communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience mentoring product managers or cross-functional squads
- Background in fintech, insurance, payments or regulated consumer apps
