You will shape the direction and execution of major product areas within BJAK's AI Investing platform. This position requires balancing strategy with hands-on delivery to simplify complex financial products for users.
The team works across insurance, payments, and savings to help people manage their money better. You will lead product standards and success metrics while mentoring designers, engineers, and product owners.
What you'll do
- Define roadmap, priorities, and success metrics for AI Investing features
- Guide product managers, designers, and engineers toward clear execution
- Translate regulatory and business constraints into practical product decisions
- Drive launch quality and continuous improvement post-release
- Foster a culture focused on speed, clarity, and user value
What you'll need
- Proven experience leading digital product areas beyond individual features
- Ability to balance strategy, UX, data, and engineering outcomes
- Strong judgment in prioritization and managing trade-offs
- Comfortable working in high ambiguity and fast-changing environments
- Skill in simplifying complex financial products into usable user journeys
- Fluent English communication skills for global collaboration
Nice to have
- Experience mentoring product managers or cross-functional squads
- Background in fintech, insurance, payments, or regulated consumer apps
