Doit is building an AI-driven platform to simplify spending, saving, and investing. As a Product Lead, you will own the direction and execution of major product areas within their AI Investing App. You will work with global teams to deliver high-quality financial tools.
What you'll do
- Define product roadmap, priorities, and success metrics for key app areas
- Guide product managers, designers, and engineers toward clear execution
- Translate regulatory and business constraints into practical product decisions
- Drive launch quality and lead post-launch improvements
- Foster a culture focused on speed, clarity, and user value
What you'll need
- Proven experience leading digital product areas beyond single features
- Ability to balance strategy, UX, data, and engineering outcomes
- Strong judgment in prioritization and managing trade-offs
- Comfortable working in high-ambiguity and fast-changing environments
- Skill in simplifying complex financial products into usable user journeys
- Fluent English communication skills for global collaboration
Nice to have
- Experience mentoring product managers or leading cross-functional squads
- Background in fintech, insurance, payments, or regulated consumer apps
