Doit is building an AI-driven platform to help users manage spending, saving, and investing. As a Product Lead, you will shape major product areas within their AI Investing App, owning direction and execution across multiple workstreams.
You will collaborate with insurance, payments, and savings teams to deliver high-quality financial tools. The role involves guiding product managers, designers, and engineers while balancing business constraints with user value.
What you'll do
- Define product roadmap, priorities, and success metrics for key app areas
- Guide product managers, owners, designers, and engineers toward clear execution
- Translate regulatory and operational constraints into practical product decisions
- Drive launch quality and lead post-launch learning initiatives
- Foster a product culture centered on speed, clarity, and honest measurement
What you'll need
- Proven experience leading digital product areas beyond individual features
- Ability to balance strategy, UX, data, engineering, and business outcomes
- Strong judgment in prioritization and managing product trade-offs
- Comfortable working in high-ambiguity environments with fast changes
- Skill in simplifying complex financial products into usable user journeys
- Fluent English communication skills for global team collaboration
Nice to have
- Experience mentoring product managers or leading cross-functional squads
- Background in fintech, insurance, payments, or regulated consumer apps
