Doit is reinventing personal finance by building AI-driven tools for spending, saving, and investing. As a Product Lead, you will own the roadmap and quality for major areas of their AI Neobank app. You will work with global teams to simplify complex financial products into user-friendly experiences.
What you'll do
- Lead product direction for key AI Neobank app areas
- Define priorities, roadmaps, and success metrics
- Guide PMs, designers, and engineers toward clear execution
- Work across insurance, payments, savings, and investing
- Translate regulatory and business constraints into product decisions
- Drive launch quality and continuous post-launch improvement
- Foster a culture of speed, clarity, and user value
What you'll need
- Strong experience leading digital product areas, not just features
- Ability to balance strategy, UX, data, and engineering outcomes
- Strong judgment on prioritization and trade-offs
- Comfortable with ambiguity and senior stakeholder pressure
- Able to simplify complex financial products into usable journeys
- Strong English communication skills required
- Must be currently based in Ireland
Nice to have
- Experience leading or mentoring PMs and cross-functional squads
- Background in fintech, insurance, payments, or regulated products
