Doit is reinventing personal finance by building AI-driven tools for spending, saving, and investing. As a Product Lead, you will shape major product areas within their AI Investing App, owning direction, quality, and outcomes across multiple workstreams.
You will guide product managers, designers, and engineers while balancing strategy with execution. The team values speed, clarity, and user value, aiming to make smart finance accessible to everyone in the region.
What you'll do
- Lead product direction for major AI Neobank app areas
- Define priorities, roadmaps, and success metrics across squads
- Guide PMs, designers, and engineers toward clear execution
- Work across insurance, payments, savings, and investing services
- Turn regulatory and business constraints into product decisions
- Drive launch quality and continuous post-launch improvement
- Build a culture focused on speed, clarity, and user value
What you'll need
- Strong experience leading digital product areas, not just features
- Ability to balance strategy, UX, data, and engineering outcomes
- Strong judgment on prioritization and product sequencing
- Comfortable with high ambiguity and senior stakeholder pressure
- Able to simplify complex financial products into usable journeys
- Strong English communication skills for global collaboration
- Must be currently based in South Korea
Nice to have
- Experience leading or mentoring PMs and cross-functional squads
- Background in fintech, insurance, payments, or regulated products
