Join Doit as a Product Lead to shape major areas of their AI-powered neobank application. You will own the direction, quality, and outcomes for multiple workstreams, guiding cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact financial products.
The team focuses on reinventing personal finance through smart, accessible AI tools. You will balance strategic vision with deep execution, turning complex regulatory and business constraints into seamless user experiences.
What you'll do
- Lead product direction for major areas of the AI Neobank app
- Define priorities, roadmaps, and success metrics across squads
- Guide PMs, designers, and engineers toward clear execution
- Work across insurance, payments, savings, and investing services
- Translate regulatory and business constraints into product decisions
- Drive launch quality and continuous post-launch improvement
- Foster a culture of speed, clarity, and honest measurement
What you'll need
- Strong experience leading digital product areas, not just features
- Ability to balance strategy, UX, data, and engineering outcomes
- Strong judgment on prioritization and product sequencing
- Comfortable with ambiguity, fast changes, and stakeholder pressure
- Able to simplify complex financial products into usable journeys
- Strong English communication skills required
- Must be currently based in Portugal
Nice to have
- Experience leading or mentoring PMs and cross-functional squads
- Background in fintech, insurance, payments, or regulated products
