Doit is reinventing personal finance by building AI-driven tools for spending, saving, and investing. As a Product Lead, you will shape the direction of key features within their AI Investing App, working across insurance, payments, and other financial services.
You will own execution and outcomes for multiple workstreams, guiding product managers, designers, and engineers. The goal is to simplify complex financial products into usable user journeys while maintaining high quality and speed.
What you'll do
- Lead product direction for major areas of the AI Neobank app
- Define priorities, roadmaps, and success metrics across squads
- Guide PMs, designers, and engineers toward clear execution
- Work across insurance, payments, savings, and investing services
- Translate regulatory and business constraints into product decisions
- Drive launch quality and continuous post-launch improvement
- Foster a culture focused on speed, clarity, and user value
What you'll need
- Strong experience leading digital product areas, not just features
- Ability to balance strategy, UX, data, and engineering outcomes
- Strong judgment on prioritization and product sequencing
- Comfortable with ambiguity and senior stakeholder pressure
- Able to simplify complex financial products into usable journeys
- Strong English communication skills required
- Must be currently based in Thailand
Nice to have
- Experience leading or mentoring PMs and cross-functional squads
- Background in fintech, insurance, payments, or regulated products
