Doit is building an AI-driven platform to help users manage spending, saving, and investing. As a Product Lead, you will shape major areas of their AI Investing App, owning direction, execution, and outcomes across multiple workstreams.
You will guide product managers, designers, and engineers while balancing strategy with practical delivery. The role involves simplifying complex financial products into usable user journeys within a fast-paced, global environment.
What you'll do
- Lead product direction for key areas of the AI Neobank app
- Define priorities, roadmaps, and success metrics across squads
- Guide PMs, designers, and engineers toward clear execution
- Translate regulatory and business constraints into product decisions
- Drive launch quality and continuous post-launch improvement
- Foster a culture focused on speed, clarity, and user value
What you'll need
- Strong experience leading digital product areas, not just features
- Ability to balance strategy, UX, data, and engineering outcomes
- Strong judgment on prioritization and product sequencing
- Comfortable working with high ambiguity and senior stakeholders
- Skill in simplifying complex financial products for users
- Fluent English communication skills required
Nice to have
- Experience mentoring PMs or leading cross-functional squads
- Background in fintech, insurance, payments, or regulated products
