Doit is reinventing personal finance through AI, building tools that make spending, saving, and investing accessible. As a Product Lead, you will shape major areas of their AI Investing App, owning direction and execution across multiple workstreams.
You will guide product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver high-quality features in insurance, payments, and savings. The role requires balancing strategic vision with deep operational details in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll do
- Lead product direction for key areas of the AI Neobank app
- Define roadmaps, priorities, and success metrics across squads
- Guide PMs, designers, and engineers toward clear execution
- Translate regulatory and business constraints into product decisions
- Drive launch quality and continuous post-launch improvement
- Foster a culture focused on speed, clarity, and user value
What you'll need
- Strong experience leading digital product areas, not just features
- Ability to balance strategy, UX, data, and engineering outcomes
- Strong judgment on prioritization and product sequencing
- Comfortable with ambiguity and senior stakeholder pressure
- Able to simplify complex financial products into usable journeys
- Strong English communication skills are required
Nice to have
- Experience mentoring PMs or cross-functional squads
- Background in fintech, insurance, or regulated consumer apps
How you'll work
- Based in Japan
