You will define priorities, roadmaps, and success metrics for multiple features or squads within the AI Neobank application. The position involves guiding cross-functional teams including designers and engineers to ensure high-quality execution and continuous improvement.
What you'll do
- Lead product direction for key areas of the AI Neobank app
- Define roadmap, standards, and metrics across multiple squads
- Guide PMs, designers, and engineers toward clear execution
- Work across insurance, payments, savings, and investing services
- Translate regulatory and business constraints into product decisions
- Drive launch quality and post-launch learning initiatives
- Foster a culture focused on speed, clarity, and user value
What you'll need
- Strong experience leading digital product areas beyond single features
- Ability to balance strategy, UX, data, and engineering outcomes
- Strong judgment on prioritization and product sequencing
- Comfortable with ambiguity and senior stakeholder pressure
- Able to simplify complex financial products into usable journeys
- Strong English communication skills required
Nice to have
- Experience leading or mentoring PMs and cross-functional squads
- Background in fintech, insurance, payments, or regulated products
