BJAK is expanding beyond its leading insurance platform in Southeast Asia to help users manage spending, saving, and investing through an AI-powered Neobank app. As a Product Lead, you will own the strategy and quality of major product areas, working with global teams to redefine financial accessibility.
This position suits senior builders who can balance high-level direction with deep operational details. You will translate complex regulatory and business constraints into clear user journeys while fostering a culture of speed and honest measurement.
What you'll do
- Define roadmap, priorities, and success metrics for multiple features or squads
- Guide product managers, designers, and engineers toward clear execution
- Translate regulatory and operational constraints into practical product decisions
- Drive launch quality and lead post-launch learning initiatives
- Build a product culture focused on speed, clarity, and user value
What you'll need
- Proven experience leading digital product areas rather than just individual features
- Ability to balance strategy, UX, data, engineering, and business outcomes
- Strong judgment regarding prioritization and product sequencing
- Comfortable navigating high ambiguity and senior stakeholder pressure
- Skill in simplifying complex financial products into usable user journeys
- Fluent English communication skills for global team collaboration
Nice to have
- Experience mentoring product managers or leading cross-functional squads
- Background in fintech, insurance, payments, or regulated consumer apps
