You will shape the direction and execution for key features within BJAK's AI Neobank application. This position requires owning product quality and outcomes across multiple workstreams, including insurance, payments, and investing.
The team operates globally with a focus on speed and user value. You will guide product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver practical solutions that simplify complex financial products for users in Southeast Asia.
What you'll do
- Lead product direction for major AI Neobank app areas
- Define priorities, roadmaps, and success metrics across squads
- Guide PMs, designers, and engineers toward clear execution
- Work across insurance, payments, savings, and investing services
- Translate regulatory and business constraints into product decisions
- Drive launch quality and continuous post-launch improvement
- Foster a culture focused on speed, clarity, and user value
What you'll need
- Strong experience leading digital product areas beyond single features
- Ability to balance strategy, UX, data, engineering, and business goals
- Strong judgment on prioritization and product sequencing
- Comfortable with high ambiguity and senior stakeholder pressure
- Able to simplify complex financial products into usable journeys
- Strong English communication skills for global collaboration
- Must be currently based in Indonesia
Nice to have
- Experience leading or mentoring PMs and cross-functional squads
- Background in fintech, insurance, payments, or regulated products
- Experience with consumer apps
