You will shape the direction of major product areas within BJAK's AI Neobank application. This position requires owning execution, quality, and outcomes across various workstreams including insurance, payments, and investing.
The team aims to redefine financial accessibility in the region. You will guide cross-functional groups to deliver high-quality launches and continuous improvements in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll do
- Define product roadmap, priorities, and success metrics for key features
- Guide product managers, designers, and engineers toward clear execution
- Translate regulatory and business constraints into practical product decisions
- Drive launch quality and post-launch learning processes
- Foster a culture focused on speed, clarity, and user value
What you'll need
- Proven experience leading digital product areas beyond individual features
- Ability to balance strategy, UX, data, and engineering outcomes
- Strong judgment in prioritization and product sequencing
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and senior stakeholder pressure
- Skill in simplifying complex financial products into usable journeys
- Fluent English communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience mentoring product managers or cross-functional squads
- Background in fintech, insurance, payments, or regulated consumer apps
