Join BJAK as a Product Lead to shape major areas of their AI Neobank application. You will own the roadmap, quality, and outcomes for multiple workstreams, working with teams across insurance, savings, investing, and travel.
This position suits senior builders who can balance strategy with deep execution. You will mentor product managers and designers while turning complex regulatory constraints into clear, user-friendly financial journeys.

- Translate regulatory and business constraints into practical product decisions
- Drive launch quality and lead post-launch learning initiatives

What you'll need
- Proven experience leading digital product areas beyond individual features
- Ability to balance strategy, UX, data, engineering, and business goals
- Strong judgment in prioritization and managing product trade-offs
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and pressure from senior stakeholders
- Skill in simplifying complex financial products into usable user journeys
- Fluent English communication skills for global team collaboration
