You will shape the direction and quality of major product areas within BJAK's AI Neobank application. This position requires owning roadmaps, defining success metrics, and guiding cross-functional teams through complex financial product development.
What you'll do
- Lead product direction for key areas of the AI Neobank app
- Define priorities, roadmaps, and success metrics across squads
- Guide product managers, designers, and engineers in execution
- Manage products across insurance, payments, savings, and investing
- Translate regulatory and business constraints into product decisions
- Drive launch quality and continuous post-launch improvement
- Foster a culture of speed, clarity, and user value
What you'll need
- Experience leading digital product areas beyond single features
- Ability to balance strategy, UX, data, and engineering outcomes
- Strong judgment in prioritization and product sequencing
- Comfortable with ambiguity and senior stakeholder pressure
- Skill in simplifying complex financial products for users
- Strong English communication skills for global collaboration
- Must be currently based in China
Nice to have
- Experience mentoring PMs or cross-functional squads
- Background in fintech, insurance, or regulated consumer apps
