You will shape the direction and execution for key features within BJAK's AI Neobank application. This position requires owning product quality and outcomes across multiple workstreams, including insurance, payments, and investing.
The team operates globally with a focus on speed and user value. You will guide product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver practical solutions that simplify complex financial products for users in the region.
What you'll do
- Lead product direction for major AI Neobank app areas
- Define priorities, roadmaps, and success metrics
- Guide PMs, designers, and engineers toward clear execution
- Work across insurance, payments, savings, and investing
- Turn regulatory constraints into practical product decisions
- Drive launch quality and continuous improvement
- Build a culture focused on speed and user value
What you'll need
- Strong experience leading digital product areas
- Ability to balance strategy, UX, data, and business outcomes
- Strong judgement on prioritization and trade-offs
- Comfortable with high ambiguity and fast changes
- Able to simplify complex financial products
- Strong English communication skills required
- Must be currently based in Korea
Nice to have
- Experience leading or mentoring PMs and POs
- Background in fintech, insurance, or payments
- Experience with consumer apps or regulated products
