You will shape the direction and execution of major product areas within BJAK's AI Neobank application. This senior role requires owning roadmaps, standards, and outcomes across multiple workstreams including payments, savings, and investing.
The team aims to redefine financial accessibility in the region. You will guide product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver high-quality features while balancing regulatory constraints and business goals.
What you'll do
- Define product priorities, roadmaps, and success metrics for key app areas
- Guide cross-functional squads including PMs, designers, and engineers
- Translate regulatory and operational constraints into practical product decisions
- Drive launch quality and lead post-launch learning initiatives
- Foster a product culture centered on speed, clarity, and user value
What you'll need
- Proven experience leading digital product areas beyond individual features
- Ability to balance strategy, UX, data, engineering, and business outcomes
- Strong judgment in prioritization and managing product trade-offs
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and pressure from senior stakeholders
- Skill in simplifying complex financial products into usable user journeys
- Fluent English communication skills for global team collaboration
Nice to have
- Experience mentoring product managers or product owners
- Background in fintech, insurance, payments, or regulated consumer apps
