BJAK is expanding beyond its leading insurance platform in Southeast Asia to help users manage spending, saving, and investing through an AI Neobank app. This role involves shaping major product areas, defining roadmaps, and ensuring high-quality launches.
You will work with global teams to turn regulatory and business constraints into practical product decisions. The position demands a senior builder who can balance strategy with deep execution details while mentoring product managers and designers.
What you'll do
- Lead product direction for major AI Neobank app areas
- Define priorities, roadmaps, and success metrics across squads
- Guide PMs, designers, and engineers toward clear execution
- Work across insurance, payments, savings, and investing services
- Translate regulatory and operational constraints into product decisions
- Drive launch quality and continuous post-launch improvement
- Foster a culture of speed, clarity, and honest measurement
What you'll need
- Strong experience leading digital product areas, not just features
- Ability to balance strategy, UX, data, and engineering outcomes
- Strong judgment on prioritization and product sequencing
- Comfortable with ambiguity and senior stakeholder pressure
- Able to simplify complex financial products into usable journeys
- Must be currently based in Austria
- Strong English communication skills required

- Background in fintech, insurance, payments, or regulated products
