Join BJAK as a Product Lead to shape major areas of their AI Neobank application. You will own the roadmap, quality, and outcomes for multiple workstreams, working with teams across insurance, savings, and other financial sectors. This position demands a senior builder who can balance strategy with deep execution details.
What you'll do
- Define product priorities, roadmaps, and success metrics for key app areas
- Guide product managers, designers, and engineers toward clear execution
- Translate regulatory and business constraints into practical product decisions
- Drive launch quality and lead post-launch learning initiatives
- Foster a product culture centered on speed, clarity, and user value
What you'll need
- Proven experience leading digital product areas beyond individual features
- Ability to balance strategy, UX, data, engineering, and business goals
- Strong judgment in prioritization and product sequencing
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and senior stakeholder pressure
- Skill in simplifying complex financial products into usable user journeys
- Fluent English communication skills for global team collaboration
Nice to have
