You will shape the direction and execution of major product areas within BJAK's AI Neobank application. This position requires owning product quality and outcomes across multiple workstreams, including savings, investing, and travel services.
The team aims to redefine financial applications for the Southeast Asian market while operating with global talent. You will guide product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver clear, high-quality user journeys.
What you'll do
- Define roadmap, priorities and success metrics for key app features
- Guide PMs, designers and engineers toward clear execution goals
- Translate regulatory and business constraints into product decisions
- Drive launch quality and continuous post-launch improvement
- Foster a culture of speed, clarity and honest measurement
What you'll need
- Proven experience leading digital product areas beyond single features
- Ability to balance strategy, UX, data and engineering outcomes
- Strong judgment on prioritization and product sequencing
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and senior stakeholder pressure
- Skill in simplifying complex financial products for users
- Fluent English communication skills for global collaboration
Nice to have
- Experience mentoring PMs or cross-functional squads
- Background in fintech, insurance or regulated consumer apps
