You will shape the direction and execution for key features within BJAK's AI Neobank application. This position requires owning product quality and outcomes across multiple workstreams, including insurance, payments, and investing.
The team operates globally with a focus on speed, clarity, and user value. You will guide product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver practical solutions that simplify complex financial products.
What you'll do
- Define priorities, roadmaps, and success metrics for major app areas
- Guide PMs, designers, and engineers toward clear execution
- Translate regulatory and business constraints into product decisions
- Drive launch quality and continuous improvement post-launch
- Foster a culture focused on speed, clarity, and honest measurement
What you'll need
- Strong experience leading digital product areas beyond individual features
- Ability to balance strategy, UX, data, engineering, and business outcomes
- Strong judgment on prioritization and product sequencing
- Comfortable with high ambiguity and senior stakeholder pressure
- Able to simplify complex financial products into usable user journeys
- Strong English communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience leading or mentoring PMs and cross-functional squads
- Background in fintech, insurance, payments, or regulated products
