Join BJAK as a Product Lead to shape major areas of their AI Neobank application. You will own the roadmap, quality, and outcomes for multiple workstreams, working with teams across insurance, payments, investing, and travel services.
This position suits senior product builders who can balance strategy with deep execution. You will mentor product managers and designers while turning complex financial constraints into clear, user-friendly product decisions.
What you'll do
- Lead product direction for key AI Neobank app areas
- Define priorities, roadmaps, and success metrics
- Guide PMs, designers, and engineers toward execution
- Work across insurance, payments, and savings services
- Translate regulatory constraints into product decisions
- Drive launch quality and continuous improvement
- Foster a culture of speed, clarity, and user value
What you'll need
- Experience leading digital product areas, not just features
- Ability to balance strategy, UX, data, and business goals
- Strong judgment on prioritization and trade-offs
- Comfortable with ambiguity and senior stakeholder pressure
- Skill in simplifying complex financial products
- Strong English communication skills required
- Must be currently based in Portugal
