You will shape the direction and execution of key product areas within Doit's AI Neobank application. This position requires owning product quality and outcomes across multiple workstreams, including insurance, payments, and investing.
The team aims to make finance smart and accessible through AI-driven tools. You will guide product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver clear value while navigating regulatory and business constraints.
What you'll do
- Lead product direction for major AI Neobank app areas
- Define priorities, roadmaps, and success metrics
- Guide PMs, designers, and engineers toward execution
- Work across insurance, payments, and savings features
- Translate regulatory constraints into product decisions
- Drive launch quality and post-launch improvements
- Foster a culture of speed and user value
What you'll need
- Experience leading digital product areas, not just features
- Ability to balance strategy, UX, data, and engineering
- Strong judgment on prioritization and trade-offs
- Comfortable with ambiguity and stakeholder pressure
- Skill in simplifying complex financial products
- Strong English communication skills required
- Must be currently based in Australia
Nice to have
- Experience mentoring PMs or cross-functional squads
- Background in fintech, insurance, or payments
- Experience with regulated consumer apps
