You will shape the direction and execution for key features within Doit's AI-powered neobanking platform. This position requires balancing strategy with hands-on product management across insurance, payments, and investment services.
The team operates globally with English as the primary language. You will mentor product owners and designers while ensuring high launch quality and continuous improvement based on user data.
What you'll do
- Define product priorities, roadmaps, and success metrics for multiple squads
- Guide product managers, designers, and engineers toward clear execution
- Translate regulatory and business constraints into practical product decisions
- Drive launch quality and lead post-launch learning initiatives
- Foster a product culture centered on speed, clarity, and user value
What you'll need
- Proven experience leading digital product areas beyond individual features
- Ability to balance strategy, UX, data, and engineering outcomes
- Strong judgment in prioritization and managing product trade-offs
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and pressure from senior stakeholders
- Skill in simplifying complex financial products into usable user journeys
- Fluent English communication skills for global team collaboration
