Doit seeks a Product Lead to shape the direction of its AI-driven Neobank application. You will own product quality, roadmaps, and outcomes across multiple squads working on insurance, payments, savings, and investing.
The team aims to make finance smart, accessible, and safe through next-generation tools. You will guide cross-functional teams to deliver user value while navigating regulatory and business constraints.
What you'll do
- Lead product direction for key areas of the AI Neobank app
- Define priorities, roadmaps, and success metrics across squads
- Guide PMs, designers, and engineers toward clear execution
- Translate regulatory and business constraints into product decisions
- Drive launch quality and continuous post-launch improvement
- Foster a culture focused on speed, clarity, and user value
What you'll need
- Experience leading digital product areas beyond individual features
- Ability to balance strategy, UX, data, and engineering outcomes
- Strong judgment on prioritization and product sequencing
- Comfortable with ambiguity and senior stakeholder pressure
- Skill in simplifying complex financial products for users
- Fluent English communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience mentoring PMs or cross-functional squads
- Background in fintech, insurance, or regulated consumer apps
