You will shape the direction and execution for key features within an AI-powered neobanking platform. This position requires balancing strategy with hands-on product details across insurance, payments, and investment services.
The team operates globally with a focus on speed and user value. You will mentor product managers and designers while ensuring high-quality launches and continuous improvement.
What you'll do
- Lead product direction for major app areas
- Define priorities and success metrics across squads
- Guide PMs, designers, and engineers in execution
- Work across payments, savings, and insurance services
- Translate regulatory constraints into product decisions
- Drive launch quality and post-launch improvements
- Foster a culture of speed and clear measurement
What you'll need
- Experience leading digital product areas
- Ability to balance strategy, UX, and engineering
- Strong judgment on prioritization and trade-offs
- Comfortable with ambiguity and stakeholder pressure
- Skill in simplifying complex financial products
- Strong English communication skills
- Must be currently based in Ireland
Nice to have
- Experience mentoring PMs or cross-functional squads
- Background in fintech, insurance, or payments
