Doit is building an AI-powered neobank to help users manage spending, saving, and investing. As a Product Lead, you will own the direction and quality of major product areas within the app. You will guide cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact financial tools.
What you'll do
- Lead product direction for key areas of the AI Neobank app
- Define roadmaps, priorities, and success metrics for multiple squads
- Guide product managers, designers, and engineers toward clear execution
- Translate regulatory and business constraints into practical product decisions
- Drive launch quality and continuous improvement post-launch
- Foster a product culture focused on speed, clarity, and user value
What you'll need
- Strong experience leading digital product areas beyond individual features
- Ability to balance strategy, execution, UX, data, and business outcomes
- Strong judgment on prioritization and product sequencing
- Comfortable working with high ambiguity and senior stakeholder pressure
- Able to simplify complex financial products into usable user journeys
- Strong English communication skills for global team collaboration
Nice to have
- Experience leading or mentoring PMs and cross-functional squads
- Background in fintech, insurance, payments, or regulated consumer apps
