You will shape the direction of major product areas within an AI-driven neobank, focusing on spending, saving, investing, and insurance. This position involves leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality financial products while balancing regulatory constraints and user needs.

- Proven experience leading digital product areas rather than single features
- Ability to balance strategy, UX, data, engineering, and business outcomes
- Strong judgment in prioritization and managing product trade-offs
- Comfortable operating in high-ambiguity and fast-changing environments
- Skill in simplifying complex financial products into usable user journeys
- Fluent English communication skills for global team collaboration
