Doit is building an AI-driven financial platform to help users manage money, insurance, and investments more effectively. As a Product Lead, you will own the strategy and execution for major areas of their Neobank app, working with global teams to deliver high-quality financial tools.
What you'll do
- Define product roadmap, priorities, and success metrics for key app areas
- Guide product managers, designers, and engineers toward clear execution
- Translate regulatory and business constraints into practical product decisions
- Drive launch quality and continuous improvement post-launch
- Foster a product culture centered on speed, clarity, and user value
What you'll need
- Proven experience leading digital product areas beyond individual features
- Ability to balance strategy, UX, data, engineering, and business outcomes
- Strong judgment in prioritization and managing product trade-offs
- Comfortable operating in high-ambiguity and fast-changing environments
- Skill in simplifying complex financial products into usable user journeys
- Fluent English communication skills for global team collaboration
Nice to have
- Experience mentoring product managers or leading cross-functional squads
- Background in fintech, insurance, payments, or regulated consumer apps
