Doit is building an AI-powered neobank designed to make finance smart, accessible, and safe. The team aims to reinvent how people manage money through tools for spending, saving, investing, and traveling.
As a Product Lead, you will own the direction and quality of major product areas. You will guide cross-functional squads to deliver high-impact features while balancing strategy, user experience, and business outcomes.
What you'll do
- Lead product direction for key areas of the AI Neobank app
- Define roadmaps, priorities, and success metrics across squads
- Guide PMs, designers, and engineers toward clear execution
- Manage products across insurance, payments, savings, and travel
- Translate regulatory and business constraints into product decisions
- Drive launch quality and continuous post-launch improvement
- Foster a culture of speed, clarity, and honest measurement
What you'll need
- Strong experience leading digital product areas, not just features
- Ability to balance strategy, UX, data, and engineering outcomes
- Strong judgment on prioritization and product sequencing
- Comfortable with ambiguity and senior stakeholder pressure
- Able to simplify complex financial products into usable journeys
- Strong English communication skills are required
Nice to have
- Experience mentoring PMs or leading cross-functional squads
- Background in fintech, insurance, payments, or regulated products
