Doit is building an AI-driven neobank app designed to make finance smart, accessible, and safe. The company aims to help users manage spending, saving, investing, and travel through intuitive digital tools.
As a Product Lead, you will own the strategy and quality of major product areas. You will guide cross-functional squads to deliver high-impact features while balancing business constraints and user needs.
What you'll do
- Define product roadmap, priorities, and success metrics for key app areas
- Guide product managers, designers, and engineers toward clear execution
- Translate regulatory and business constraints into practical product decisions
- Drive launch quality and lead post-launch learning initiatives
- Foster a culture focused on speed, clarity, and honest measurement
What you'll need
- Proven experience leading digital product areas beyond individual features
- Ability to balance strategy, UX, data, engineering, and business outcomes
- Strong judgment in prioritization and managing product trade-offs
- Comfortable operating in high-ambiguity and fast-changing environments
- Skill in simplifying complex financial products into usable user journeys
- Fluent English communication skills for global team collaboration
Nice to have
- Experience mentoring product managers or leading cross-functional squads
- Background in fintech, insurance, payments, or regulated consumer apps
