Join Doit to shape the direction of an AI-powered neobank designed to make finance accessible and safe. You will own product outcomes for major areas including payments, savings, and investing, working with global teams to redefine user financial experiences.
What you'll do
- Define roadmap, priorities, and success metrics for multiple features
- Guide PMs, designers, and engineers toward clear execution
- Translate regulatory and business constraints into product decisions
- Drive launch quality and continuous post-launch improvement
- Foster a culture of speed, clarity, and honest measurement
What you'll need
- Proven experience leading digital product areas, not just features
- Ability to balance strategy, UX, data, and engineering outcomes
- Strong judgment on prioritization and product sequencing
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and senior stakeholder pressure
- Skill in simplifying complex financial products for users
- Fluent English communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience mentoring PMs or cross-functional squads
- Background in fintech, insurance, or regulated consumer apps
