Doit is building an AI-powered neobank designed to make finance smart, accessible, and safe. As a Product Lead, you will shape major product areas within the app, owning direction and outcomes across squads handling insurance, payments, savings, and travel.
You will guide cross-functional teams including PMs, designers, and engineers to deliver high-quality products. The role demands strong judgment in prioritization and the ability to translate complex financial constraints into usable user journeys.
What you'll do
- Lead product direction for major AI Neobank app areas
- Define priorities, roadmaps, and success metrics across squads
- Guide PMs, designers, and engineers toward clear execution
- Work across insurance, payments, savings, and investing services
- Turn regulatory and business constraints into product decisions
- Drive launch quality and continuous post-launch improvement
- Foster a culture of speed, clarity, and honest measurement
What you'll need
- Strong experience leading digital product areas, not just features
- Ability to balance strategy, UX, data, and engineering outcomes
- Strong judgment on prioritization and product sequencing
- Comfortable with ambiguity, fast changes, and stakeholder pressure
- Able to simplify complex financial products into usable journeys
- Strong English communication skills are required
- Must be currently based in Vietnam
Nice to have
- Experience leading or mentoring PMs and cross-functional squads
- Background in fintech, insurance, payments, or regulated products
