You will shape the direction of BJAK's AI Stockbroking platform, owning product quality and outcomes across multiple squads. This position requires balancing strategic vision with deep execution details to simplify complex financial services for users in Southeast Asia.
What you'll do
- Define product roadmap, priorities and success metrics for AI Stockbroking
- Guide product managers, designers and engineers toward clear execution
- Translate regulatory and business constraints into practical product decisions
- Drive launch quality and continuous improvement post-launch
- Foster a culture focused on speed, clarity and user value
What you'll need
- Proven experience leading digital product areas beyond individual features
- Ability to balance strategy, UX, data and engineering outcomes
- Strong judgment on prioritization and product sequencing
- Comfortable operating in high ambiguity and fast-changing environments
- Skill in simplifying complex financial products into usable user journeys
- Fluent English communication skills required
Nice to have
- Experience mentoring product managers or cross-functional squads
- Background in fintech, insurance, payments or regulated consumer apps
