You will shape the direction and quality of major product areas within BJAK's AI Stockbroking division. The position requires owning roadmaps, setting standards, and guiding teams through complex financial product development.
The team works across insurance, payments, savings, and investing to help users manage their money better. You will balance strategic vision with detailed execution to deliver high-quality user experiences.
What you'll do
- Define product priorities, roadmaps, and success metrics for AI Stockbroking
- Guide product managers, designers, and engineers toward clear execution
- Translate regulatory and business constraints into practical product decisions
- Drive launch quality and lead post-launch improvement cycles
- Foster a culture focused on speed, clarity, and user value
What you'll need
- Proven experience leading digital product areas beyond individual features
- Ability to balance strategy, UX, data, engineering, and business outcomes
- Strong judgment in prioritization and product sequencing
- Comfortable operating in high-ambiguity and fast-changing environments
- Skill in simplifying complex financial products into usable user journeys
- Fluent English communication skills for global team collaboration

- Experience mentoring product managers or cross-functional squads
- Background in fintech, insurance, payments, or regulated consumer apps
