BJAK is expanding beyond its leading insurance platform to help users save, invest, and manage money through new financial services. As a Product Lead for AI Stockbroking, you will own the direction and execution of major product areas.
You will work with global teams to turn complex regulatory and business constraints into usable user journeys. The role demands a hands-on leader who balances high-level strategy with deep product details to deliver value quickly.
What you'll do
- Define roadmap and success metrics for AI Stockbroking features
- Guide product managers, designers, and engineers on execution
- Translate regulatory and operational constraints into product decisions
- Drive launch quality and continuous improvement post-release
- Foster a culture of speed, clarity, and honest measurement
What you'll need
- Proven experience leading digital product areas, not just features
- Ability to balance strategy, UX, data, and engineering outcomes
- Strong judgment on prioritization and product sequencing
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and senior stakeholder pressure
- Skill in simplifying complex financial products for users
- Fluent English communication skills required
Nice to have
- Experience mentoring product managers or cross-functional squads
- Background in fintech, insurance, payments, or regulated products
