You will shape the direction and quality of major product areas within BJAK's AI Stockbroking division. The role requires balancing strategy with hands-on execution, guiding teams through complex financial constraints to deliver user value.
As a senior builder, you will define roadmaps and success metrics across multiple workstreams. You will collaborate with insurance, payments, and investing teams to simplify complex products into usable customer journeys.
What you'll do
- Lead product direction for key AI Stockbroking areas
- Define priorities, roadmaps, and success metrics
- Guide PMs, designers, and engineers toward clear execution
- Collaborate across insurance, payments, and investing services
- Translate regulatory and business constraints into product decisions
- Drive launch quality and continuous post-launch improvement
- Foster a culture of speed, clarity, and honest measurement
What you'll need
- Experience leading digital product areas beyond single features
- Ability to balance strategy, UX, data, and engineering outcomes
- Strong judgment on prioritization and product sequencing
- Comfortable with ambiguity and senior stakeholder pressure
- Skill in simplifying complex financial products for users
- Strong English communication skills for global collaboration
- Must be currently based in the Philippines
Nice to have
- Experience mentoring PMs or cross-functional squads
- Background in fintech, insurance, or regulated products
- Experience with consumer apps or payment systems
